James with Endurance was excellent. I needed a thorough inspection on several duplexes. He was totally willing to work with what I needed and gave me a clear understanding of what I was getting myself into with the purchase. He found lots of things that I needed to be aware of, but thankfully no deal breakers or anything major. Professional, yet down to earth.. I was worried about making the right decision to purchase, and he gave me peace of mind that I was. Highly recommend.

James is hands down the best inspector I have encountered. The amount of effort he put into personally inspecting my house before purchase was incredible. He made my wife and I very comfortable in knowing the house we were buying was a good buy. He was willing to be by my side through further walkthroughs with the builder to ensure we were getting the best and most honest treatment. The report he typed up was extremely thorough and attentive to detail. If his hard work isn’t enough, the peace of mind we have was definitely worth his inspection.
